It solves the problem that employees may have other motivations than the bottom line. They may be dealing with a supplier that they personally benefit from. they may be trying to locate an office someplace where they have family. they never want to pass bad news up, so management in large organizations is usually clueless about the real problems.

TruthSift makes them justify everything rationally and allows the boss to inspect the arguments. 


It's the scientific approach to decision-making, what the scientific literature is supposed to be. Transparent,  argued point by point,  leaving a paper trail of how objections were overcome, only viewed as proving anything when all objections have been rationally overcome.  


It would be wrong to targetit as a general purpose tool. Once relevant target segments are identified then pursuing them would get better results than just aiming at everyone. This is a specialised tool so finding the niches where this tool applies, is crucial.

Since this is a tool which requires a certain amount of learning, there has to be a phase where its effectiveness can be demonstrated using examples and tutorials. The best simile is that of a Spreadsheet. Nobody can use a spreadsheet without some help and initial learning. All powerful tools require a learning curve. The motivation to learn comes from appreciating its effectiveness.
